CANCELLATION POLICY
Including Covid 19 Canceling of Reserved Bookings

Check in: from 2.30pm -8.30pm
Early or Late Arrivals if requested must be approved
Check out: Strictly 10.00am
Please Note: We have a strict 72 hours notice that we require if Canceling Reserved Rooms for both Golden Fleece Motor Inn & Lodge otherwise Reserved Rooms will be charged for all days that rooms have been held unless we can re-sell rooms
Off Peak Period: Room/s reserved for Accommodation:
Monday through to Thursday
Cancellation of any reserved room/s by persons must notify Golden Fleece Motor Inn & Lodge not less than 72hours prior to arrival date. Less than 72 hours notice full payment is required to be paid to Golden Fleece Motor Inn & Lodge. Full refunds will be credited if room/s is resold.
Friday through to Sunday
Golden Fleece Motor Inn& Lodge has a NO cancellation policy for weekends Friday, Saturday & Sunday(Confirmation of a Booking is Confirmed with guest/s credit card details) all room/s that have been reserved must be paid in full to Golden Fleece Motor Inn & Lodge. Prior to arrival date a 2 week cancellation notice in writing is required. Refunds will be credited if room/s are resold less $50.00 accounting fees.
Cancellation of room/s reserved on day of arrival will be charged and full payment of room/s reserved must be paid to Golden Fleece Motor Inn & Lodge . No refunds will be given by Golden Fleece Motor Inn & Lodge unless reserved room /s are resold
Please Note: Management also has the right to Cancel any pre- booked reservations at their discretion.

Peak Period & Off Period Applies to Room/s that have been reserved (Held) for 7days or more prior to Arrival Date:
Cancellation/s of any reserved room/s by persons must notify or Golden Fleece Motor Inn & Lodge at least 7 days of confirmed arrival date. (No penalty) Except Weekends, NSW School & Public Holidays including Merriwa Special Events a 2 Weeks notice must be given.
Cancellation/s received out side the above cancellation period will be charged 50% of full payment of reserved room/s by Golden Fleece Motor Inn & Lodge . Refund or Credit will only be given if room/s reserved is resold. If resold an administration fee of $50.00 will still apply.Weekend Bookings “Cancellation Period as above”
Peak Period: Room/s Reserved 72hours or Less
Golden Fleece Motor Inn & Lodge . We do not except CANCELLATION of room/s that have been reserved between 72hours or less on arrival date during peak period/s all reserved room/s must be paid to Golden Fleece Motor Inn & Lodge for all reserved bookings.

Date of Arrival: Check-in
Once arrived to Golden Fleece Motor Inn & Lodge to check in all room/s that have been reserved cannot be changed or altered in any way. Person/s must pay for all reserved days and for all persons that were to occupy the reserved room/s.
PLEASE NOTE: FOR ALL RESERVED ROOMS WE DO NOT REFUND, or CREDIT GIVEN FOR ANY LOST DAYS IF VACATING EARLY.
ALL RESERVED DAYS MUST BE PAID FOR.
Cancellation: Due to COVID 19 Restrictions:
We are happy to cancel / refund your reservation/s if you have been affected by COVID 19 Restrictions, Lock downs or live in a Hot spot as long as we are provided with our 72 Hours Notice of Canceling.
If you Cancel your reservation/s outside of our required 72 hours notice we will require in writing your notice to cancel either by email or text with a scanned copy or screen shot of your Drivers License.
CHECK OUT STRICTLY 10.00AM of Departure Day
SORRY: We cannot give a late checkout due to our rooms need to be fully serviced for our incoming guests.
